On Thursday, June 13th, there’s going to be a free screening of “Lyn Lifshin: Not Made of Glass” from 6-8pm at the Opalka Gallery in Albany! The documentary intersperses readings of Lifshin’s poems with her own and others’ observations about her life and work.

Poet Wesley McNair reads at the Millay Arts & Poetry Festival in Rockland, Maine. McNair—the former Maine Poet Laureate and a longtime Godine author—will speak and read his poetry at the Farnsworth Art Museum (16 Museum Street, Rockland, ME) on Saturday, September 7, from 2 PM to 4 PM. The Millay Arts & Poetry Festival runs September 6-7.
