Anne Lindbergh
Anne Spencer Lindbergh was raised in Darien, Connecticut and was the daughter of aviators and authors Charles Lindbergh and Anne Morrow Lindbergh. She was educated at Radcliffe College and at the Sorbonne in Paris. In her career as a writer, Ms. Lindbergh wrote fourteen books, most of them for children. She was the recipient of several honors for her work, including an award from the International Reading Association.
